Work continues to progress on the new home for the Redskin Band. Located at the front of the school adjacent to the auditorium, expectations are that the band room will be completed in December, and we will move in January when we return from Christmas break. The current band room was built in 1993. It was not long before the band outgrew that space, and a major renovation was made in 1999, giving much needed room. Once again, however, the program has outgrown what we have. The decision was made to build a new fine arts facility. We are looking forward to our new band room, and greatly appreciate our school board and administration providing for the needs of our program.
