How to Report a Complaint

    1. Download and complete the ‘Bullying, Harassment or Intimidation Complaint Form’ below.
    2. Submit form to Elementary, Middle or High school principal.
    3. Upon receipt of the report, the principal will notify the appropriate individuals.
    4. An investigation is carried out according to the presented case.
    5. A written response will be provided to the person registering the complaint.
