Oneonta City Schools

Committed to Excellence for our Students and Community

OCS Announcements

With the expiration of the current statewide mask order on April 9, the Oneonta City Schools will amend the current mask policy as well.  Beginning Tuesday, April 13, masks will only be required to be worn while individuals are transported on a school bus or when they are in close proximity with others such as in the hallways during class changes.  At all other times, masks will be optional but “strongly encouraged” to be worn. We will continue this practice until the end of April.  Hopefully, the conditions will continue to improve and we will be able to make masks optional at all times.  Thank you for your support with this issue.
